Welcome to Franklin Community Health Network (FCHN) online.
Located in the scenic Western Mountains of Maine, FCHN is a locally controlled, nonprofit, integrated network of rural health-care providers, created by Franklin Memorial Hospital in 1991. The network includes: Franklin Memorial Hospital, Healthy Community Coalition, Evergreen Behavioral Services, NorthStar, Franklin Health, The Ben Franklin Center, Franklin Health Access, and Franklin Child Care.
