Physical Rehabilitation
Physical therapy services for injury or illness on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday. Our program includes extended hours from 7am to 5:30pm for your convenience. This service is provided by the Franklin Memorial Hospital Physical Rehabilitation and Sports Medicine Department.
Mental Health and Counseling
Care for psychiatric and behavioral issues including medication management and individual and family mental health counseling provided every week by Evergreen Behavioral Services.
Women’s Care
Comprehensive care for the expectant mother before and after delivery provided by Dr. Jacques Belair every Wednesday. Dr. Belair is fluent in both French and English. Susan Eastler, WHCNP, every Tuesday and Daisy Goodman, CNM, WHCNP, every Friday are here to provide a full range of care for women of all ages. Our Women's Care practitioners are affiliated with Pine Tree Women's Care.
